We pride ourselves on our quality of service and maintenance. All machines are installed by our engineers, before a full run through of the use of the machine and a training video is also provided. Your new defibrillator will then receive a monthly health check, with a full maintenance review every 24 months. At this time you will also have the option to replace the machine for a new one or if the defibrillator is used Defib Machines will replace the machine free of charge. On top of this you will be provided with a dedicated account manager from sign up to help with any day-to-day queries around the defibrillator.
