After placing your order, an account manager will organise the installation and training for your new Defib Machine around your schedule. Arriving on site we will provide a site-survey or install the device at the location of your choice. Defib Machines only provide the best AED's for our clients.
After installation of the device and signage around your site, our technician will provide onsite training to staff. This training will take 30 minutes and is available to any staff members, they do not have to be first aid trained. We will make sure everyone is comfortable with the training, and provide more than one session if required, at no extra cost..
Our nationwide team will manage and maintain your defibrillators, giving regular health checks to ensure they are ready to use when needed most. Staff will also receive refresher training every two years. If your AED displays maintenance needs or has been used, simply call your account manager and it will be replaced within 24 hours. All this at no extra cost.
